The website saladelcembalo.org is an independent project, aims at popularizing the Baroque Music and Culture, totally free and non-profit. As such, our work should be regarded in the context of "Free Cultural Works" according to the Creative Commons Attribution. Specifically, you are free to: copy, distribute, transmit and adapt the work or part of it, under the following conditions: You must attribute the work in the manner specified by the author or licensor (but not in any way that suggests that they endorse you or your use of the work). The text contributions and musical recordings on this site belong to their respective authors. The images, unless otherwise specified, are in the public domain (internet). When the images are self-produced (eg. photographs and graphics manipulation) they will be subject to the same conditions as stated above. Should someone be against the publication of images, where he/she can prove the copyrights on them, he/she can request their removal (or also, request an explicit attribution) by contacting the webmaster. Also, feel free to report any errors that may have an impact on the quality of this website or on accuracy of the presentations.

About the texts published here, we'll provide any document source (public or private libraries or other archives, magazines, articles and books) as much as possible. When we're not aware of the exact sources, please refer to the same conditions above for the images. With regard to the musical sources used for the recordings (sheet music, editions, transcriptions, facsimile, etc.), for practical reasons we prefer to make them implicit and will request any detail to the single performer when needed or requested by anyone.

Last but not least: This non-profit website, does not want to preclude any individual contributor (all are volunteers, both professional and amateurs) of being able to reap the benefits for their jobs outside this project.

In quanto tale, il nostro lavoro va inquadrato nell'ambito delle "Opere culturali libere" secondo l'Attribuzione Creative Commons. Altrimenti valgono le stesse considerazioni fatte sopra per le immagini. Riguardo alle partiture utilizzate per le esecuzioni musicali, per motivi di praticità si preferisce renderle implicite. All'occorrenza, ci riserviamo di contattare il singolo artista/esecutore per richiedere maggiori informazioni sulle fonti musicali, laddove richieste.

Per finire, una importante precisazione: il fatto che il nostro progetto abbia carattere non lucrativo, non vuole comunque precludere ai singoli collaboratori (volontari, sia professionisti che non) di poterne trarre dei benefici nelle proprie attività esterne al sito.
